Arbitration offers control, confidentiality, and finality

The Constitution of Bhutan is among the few in the world that expressly recognises the importance of alternative dispute resolution. In line with this constitutional vision, Parliament enacted the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of Bhutan in 2013, modelled broadly on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
