In the global negotiations to save biodiversity, the question is no longer only how much land countries can protect, how many species they can restore or how quickly ecosystems can recover. It is also about who makes those decisions, whose knowledge counts and who benefits when nature is protected. For women working on biodiversity, these questions are inseparable.
