Govt. collects Nu 346.94M in tobacco tax, but effect on consumption unassessed

The government collected Nu 346.94 million in excise tax from tobacco and tobacco products in the first eight months of this year, but the Ministry of Health has not assessed whether the levy has reduced tobacco consumption.
