Former Director General of the erstwhile Tourism Council of Bhutan, Dorji Dhradhul, has been recognised by Travel + Leisure Legends alongside 12 other prominent figures for his role in shaping South Asia’s tourism landscape and promoting Bhutan’s pioneering “High Value, Low Volume” philosophy on the global stage.
