A Chinese businesswoman has accused Dupthob, the former Member of Parliament (MP) for Bumdeling-Jamkhar constituency in Trashiyangtse, of taking more than Nu 8.6 million from her over several years and then refusing to return it, despite what she says was a written commitment to repay the money in full if he broke the terms of their agreement.
