Rapper Cutie, Kelden Dorji appeal attempted manslaughter convictions

Dorji Ganzin, better known by his stage name Rapper Cutie, and Kelden Dorji have appealed their convictions and prison sentences in an attempted voluntary manslaughter case, after the Paro Dzongkhag Court delivered its judgment on July 10.
