Professional drivers, but are they professionals?

Many people have criticised professional driving licence (PD) holders, with some mockingly referring to them as “Pagla drivers” because of reckless driving behaviour. While such labels may not represent all professional drivers, they reflect public frustration over unsafe practices by some drivers who are expected to maintain higher standards on the road.
