Budget report and State of the Nation Report differ on 13th Plan’s fiscal position

The State of the Nation Report (SoTNR) presented by the Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay during the summer session of Parliament states that the government has closed the initial gap of Nu 56 billion in the 13th Plan and now projects a surplus of Nu 20 billion by the end of the Plan period.
