KuenselParo court convicts Kelden Dorji, Rapper Cutie for criminal attempted voluntary manslaughter
In a judgement passed yesterday, the Paro Dzongkhag Court sentenced Kelden Dorji to eight years and 10 months’ imprisonment and Dorji Ganzin, better known by his stage name Cutie, to seven years for non-compoundable offences.
