Bhutanese entrepreneur wins Bayer Foundation Award

The 35-year-old founder of Shaoulee Food Products, Pema Lhadon, has won the Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2026, recognising her efforts to promote indigenous crops, support more than 6,000 farmers, and build a sustainable food enterprise in Bhutan.
