KuenselJICA prioritises human security to support Bhutan’s next stage of development
Following the recent Mid-Term Review of the government, Japan has shifted its development cooperation in Bhutan towards a human security approach, prioritising resilience, balanced rural-urban development and stronger livelihoods to help address the country’s growing climate and socio-economic vulnerabilities.
