Babesa expressway upgrade to ease traffic on city’s busiest stretch by 2029

With traffic congestion in Thimphu worsening due to rising vehicle numbers, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) has completed the design for the redevelopment of the Thimphu–Babesa corridor expressway.
