PM takes responsibility for fiscal deficit coordination failure

Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay accepted responsibility for a communication gap between the Ministry of Finance and the Economic and Finance Committee (EFC), after the ministry failed to attend a crucial discussion on the Government’s proposed fiscal deficit despite a directive from the Speaker.
